What I believe was that at the same time as she did this video in France she did an experimental, hardcore, short video with limited fellatio and vaginal penetration, heavily disguised in a wig, to see if she liked it. I believe she did not and the video was suppressed or withdrawn, as I have certainly never seen it again.
